30 minutes of Mindfulness. Join us to kick start the week, by focusing the mind and building awareness. Sessions are recorded, so if you cannot make it at 7am then listen at a time that is good for you and repeatedly.

Access mindfulness recordings hereThe emergence of Covid 19 and the subsequent restrictions, lockdowns and changes to our everyday life’s has been hard and challenging for all of us. Not ignoring the amount of people who have lost their employment, been unwell, been separated or lost love ones, one group who are statistically struggling significantly are young people or more specifically teenagers. Teenagers are already going through a significant period of their life, where: change is already happening; there is a lot of uncertainty; choice of future career paths; changing friendship groups; awakening of arousal; making future life choices. Along with a changing circadian cycle, hormones, and a morphing body shape even before you start bringing in Covid 19.
